Correct way to Stir Fry
Stir Fry is an advanced method of cooking affiliated with pan fry and and shallow fry. Stir fry or stir frying originates from Asian cuisines and cultures. Stir fry explained, would be to imbue flavours and tastes of different garnish, condiments and ingredients together to form a well attractive flavoured dish. Exceptionally, with a thought of marination of different tastes together to dishful courses through this procedure of cooking.
As such, before stir frying actions are explained, stir fry traditionally cooks together from multiple varieties of garnish, condiments, ingredients and dish courses. If there was such a method of cooking to cook this desired cuisine flavour, stir fry is one.
Here we begin, the actions for stir fry or stir frying. To stir fry simply, requires some basics of cooking. One such basic anyone would need, is to pan fry. Refer to this correct way to pan fry for a review.
Here, above the correct “pan” to use for stir fry is a “wok”. It is pronounced like “walk”. To observe a wok in the picture above, it has a curved and round base and corners, much similar to a bowl. Although just any conventional pan could do the same stir fry.
Like pan fry, first heat the wok above a cooking stove for a minute or two. Once this is ready, some cooking oil can be added into the wok similar to the beginnings of pan fry. It can be done to any amount of cooking oil as desired, like this next picture.
Finally, with the same drill to pan fry, wait for the cooking oil to heat and use a cooking spatula to observe for tiny bubbles and its edge dipped in contact with the cooking oil, to learn the cooking oil is heated and is ready for stir fry. Albeit away from the picture above, any cooking spatula will do, even a wooden one like in this next picture.
Once this is set and ready, begin to add the ingredients of your stir fry dish into the wok and cook them to tender in any order you desire and wish for your stir fry’s flavour to fuse together in this heated cooking marination of your stir fry’s ingredients.
To finish the cooking and complete your stir fry dish, use the cooking spatula to stir the food cooked in the wok as you cook your stir fry ingredients to tender together and in order. When most if not all of your ingredients are cooked in the wok, stir the food with the cooking spatula as it is fried in the wok.
The cooking and stir fry is complete when your stir fry is stir fried to tenderness.
