Dealing with weight loss and keeping in shape
To deal with weight loss to lose weight or to cope with its reciprocal symptoms and withdrawal from weight loss, is a health and vitality procedure and body building stress phenomenon which promotes and enhances health and fitness in itself.
Weight loss is induced and managed by two main different primary ratios of factors. These two ratios are inducted from 70% of our body’s diet and 30% of our lifestyles which composes our mind, body and soul’s consumption of nourishment.
When weight loss is inducted from a change in the body’s re-metabolism cycle which is balanced and digested between these two primary ratios of 70% diet and 30% lifestyle, the body reacts and develops reciprocal symptoms to this change in its new metabolism cycle which it has learnt.
That is, the body’s response and responses to such a change its metabolism cycle, and withdrawal from its old metabolism cycle, which is weight loss.
Generally, to induce weight loss, a lighter and healthier diet and a more active lifestyle is preferred to burn and consume nutrients stored in the body’s fat, which re-metabolizes the body into a new and different metabolism cycle that the body learns.
This procedure of re-metabolism is also a part and parcel of body building. Which again, promotes and enhances the body’s general health and fitness.
However, as with all different changes in the body’s metabolism and its cycles that the body learns, the body will still require to be renourished and revitalized to cope and live with this change in the body’s metabolism cycle, in order to relief its ailing responses to this change.
